80W 1200GPH Electric Waterfall Pump Kit with 12.6"x11" Spillway

Waterfall works great, easy to assemble. However… the hose started leaking 2weeks in. Everyday there is a new hole. Have to replace and redesign the whole structure.

This changed our pond from green to clear. We can actually see the fish! However, the hose on it is flimsy and it caught on a rock and tore, without us seeing it, it ran all the water out and our large Koi's died. We replaced the hose with a solid hose and we are back in business. The filter doesn't have to be cleaned as often as our previous one, which is a big plus.

Came quickly and most importantly made my wife very happy. Works exactly as described and is made well. Will definitely purchase from this store again.

Issue was the hose. As others have mentioned. It developed many leaks throughout and eventually needed to be replaced after a month.

Five stars for the strong pump and large filter.But the hose developed pinhole leaks. I taped over it but then another place started leaking. I'm looking for a replacement hose. Its gonna be a pain to redo the hose.There should be better instructions for putting it together. Also, I had to put a large rock over the plate that holds down the filter insides. I also bought a separate cage to put the pump in because the mesh bag didn't work well in preventing the intake from getting blocked.

This thing is awesome. I love the sock filter and it is very easy to clean. Came with everything I needed and some things I didn’t realize I needed but am using! All around happy buyer!

This is a great all in one kit that got my new pond started with a pump, filter and beginnings of a waterfall. I have some work to do with disguising it with more rocks and plants but I got it up and running immediately. It’s been running for a couple of weeks and the filter has kept the water clean. It came with some ceramic filter stone things in a mesh bag, but the hopper has a lot of room so I added some more filter ball things from another supplier. Good flow rate from the pump. Seems like ample circulation for the size of my pond, but for the look, I might like a wider waterfall and I’d like to hear and see more of a cascade, so I think I’ll buy one more identical unit and place it side by side with the first one. Then I’ll disguise both with rocks and make it look like one spillway.

Has better volume and flow then I expected.

We haven’t had a chance to install this yet, as we’re just coming out of winter and still dealing with last freeze, etc. However, there is nothing lacking in this kit other than, perhaps, a finer mesh debris filter for the water intake. However, that’s easily found or even improvised if you’re of the DIY ilk!The set includes everything you need including a very healthy 1200GPH (gallons per hour) pond pump and 10 feet of corrugated tubing although a few extra feet would have been just right. Setup is fairly straight forward and allows for a little flexibility (hence the desire for a slightly longer hose). Once we have gotten past the last thaw, we will certainly get this set up properly and update the review if necessary. But upon first inspection, it certainly is everything you need to get started and the price point is fair, considering everything that you receive!
